Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We
appreciate your business and are happy that you choose Scrapbook Oasis
as your source for scrapbook supplies. We realize that there may be the
rare occasion when you are unhappy with your purchase so we have the
following return policy in place just for you.
You may return any unused, unopened or non-damaged products still in the original packaging within 14 days of the ship date for a full customer credit or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable as are idea books and magazines or non-packaged paper and cardstock.
To return an item:
- Please e-mail us at; info@thescapbookoasis.com for a Return Authorization number
- Please provide us with your order number and full name when you contact us
- Since we do not keep credit card information on file you will need to provide us with the credit card number used to place the order
- If you paid for your order via PayPal® and would like a refund to your PayPal® account, please let us know.
- All returned items must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped.
- Please note, shipping costs are not refundable and the item will need to be sent back to Scrapbook Oasis, freight prepaid
- Please call us if you receive a damaged product due to shipping. Please save the damaged box and do not ship it back to us
All Refunds
will be processed within 5 business days once the product has been
received by us. If a refund is being issued through PayPal, please
allow 14 business days for refund completion
If a return is received without prior approval a 20% restocking fee will be applied and only a store credit will be issued.
